Bread Loaf Filled With Gorgonzola And Prosciutto

BREAD LOAF FILLED WITH GORGONZOLA AND PROSCIUTTO

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 bread
  • 100g shredded gorgonzola
  • 2 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 egg
  • Salsa
  • Salt and black pepper

          INSTRUCTIONS:

          Step1

            Put the bread on top of the sheet, enough to cover all the bread.

          Step 2

          Cut the bread cover and remove the crumb. Line the bread with the sliced ham, then half the gorgonzola cheese, if desired, add a little butter and then carefully separate the egg so the yolk does not melt.

          Step 3

          Season with salt, pepper and parsley to taste.

          Step4

          Put the rest of the cheese and close the loaf.

          Step 5

          Close the bread with foil and bake in the preheated oven at 200º for 10 to 15 minutes. 10 minutes the yolk is soft and 15 minutes will become firmer.
