Creamy Lemon Chicken With Pene on a Parmesan Bowl

CREAMY LEMON CHICKEN WITH PENNE ON A PARMESAN BOWL

INGREDIENTS FOR THE BOWL:

  • 1 ½ cups shredded parmesan cheese 

      INSTRUCTIONS:

      Step1

      Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form a portion into an even 6-7 inch circles on the parchment paper.

      Step 2

       Bake for about 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden. Remove from oven and quickly use a spatula to lift each parmesan frico off the tray.

      Step 3

       Flip over two soup bowls (bottoms facing down) and place each frico over the bowls. Gently press around the sides to form bowl-like shapes. Allow to cool.

      CREAMY LEMON CHICKEN WITH PENNE

      • 4 slices bacon
      • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
      • Salt to taste
      • Italian seasoning to taste
      • 1 Lemon Juice
      • Paprika to taste
      • 2 cloves garlic, minced
      • 2 cups spinach
      • 4 small tomatoes, diced
      • 1 ½ cups cream
      • 1 cup shredded parmesan
      • 10 ounces cooked penne
      • Pepper to taste
      • Parmesan to taste

          INSTRUCTIONS:

          Step1

          In a deep skillet, fry the bacon until crispy. In the same skillet, cook the chicken with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, lemon juice and paprika.  Add garlic and cook until soft.

          Step 2

          Add spinach and tomatoes, and cook until spinach is wilted. Add the cream and parmesan, and bring to a boil.  Add the penne and bacon, and stir until fully coated in sauce.

          Step 3

          Serve on the parmesan bowls, and sprinkle more cheese and black pepper on top.
