Mango Mousse

MANGO MOUSSE

INGREDIENTS:

 

  • 2 Gelatin Foil
  • 200g Mango Puree
  • 200g Whipping Cream

UTENSILS:

  • Mixing Bowl Splash Guard
  • PowerLix Side Cut Manual Can Opener

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1

Mix the whipping cream with a whisk (use the Mixing Bowl Splash Guard).

Step 2

When the mixture it’s fluffy, add the mango mousse (use the can opener to open the can) and the gelatin (dissolve with a little bit of water on the microwave for 40 seconds). Mix well. Pour into desired mould.

Step 3

 

Set in the refrigerator for 5 hours.

 

Step 4

Top it with pistachios.
