Nutella Pecan Nuts Pie

Ingredients:

Nutella

  • 1 cup – roasted hazelnuts 
  • 1 ½ cup of milk chocolate
  • 2 tsp of canola oil 
  • 3 tbsp of caster sugar 
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 
  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract 
  • 1 tsp of salt

Pecan Pie

  • Puff pastry 
  • 3 tbsp of butter 
  • 1 cup of brown sugar 
  • 3 large eggs 
  • 1/2 cup of corn syrup 
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of pecan Nuts

Step-By-Step Instructions:

Nutella

1.  Melt the chocolate in the microwave and let it cool completely.
2.  In a kitchen robot, blend the hazelnuts until it form a paste. Add the rest of the Nutella ingredients and blend in top speed for about 1 minute.
3.  Reserve 

Pecan Pie

1. In the kitchen robot, mix the butter and eggs until they get a fluffy consistency.
2. Add the eggs one by one and blend until even.
3.  Add the corn syrup and vanilla and mix.
4. Fold in the pecan nuts with a spatula.
5. Roll the dough and cut the circles with the Pie Maker.
6. Stuff them with the batter and press well so they won't open in the oven.
7. Bake at 400º F for about 20 minutes.
